The world’s freshwater development is controlled by a single organization, The Sticks, and their most closely guarded secrete is the plan for the Hydro Lift. A machine that converts massive amounts of atmospheric hydrogen and oxygen into drinkable water. Parker, a young engineer at the Sticks is recruited by an underground organization known as Hydros.

When Hydros discovers that the Sticks are planning on moving one of these guarded secrets to a new facility, Parker is called into action to help them infiltrate the hydro lift, retrieve whatever it is they are trying to hide and get out safely. What could possibly go wrong?
